The Band Explains: Atlantic Shore - 'Stay Here'. (Video)
Who: Indie pop group Atlantic Shore from Greater
London was started by Dan Noble (lead vocals, guitar), Will Tse (bass, backing
vocals), and Ed Juniper (percussion) back at the start of 2011, and saw the
addition of Dan Sullivan (lead guitar, backing vocals) in December 2013 to give
us the energetic foursome, who kicked off their career in supporting Amber Run
and Pixel Fix across their London tours.
With influences
ranging from the likes of Catfish and The Bottlemen, Coasts and Peace, Atlantic
Shore combine the very best elements of current pop beats and old school
dramatic atmosphere, to bring a signature sound to the popular music scene.
About The Track:
Their first released track as a band 'Stay Here' has become an instant favourite of
ours, and has all the makings of a hit new single. Captivating vocals from Dan
Noble and dramatic guitar riffs from Dan Sullivan, are combined with a natural talent evident across the whole band to create a raw and honest love song with
a 1975 vibe, that will leave you wanting more after every listen. Atlantic
Shore are definitely one to look out for in the future and we cannot wait to
see what’s next to come from them!
The Band
Explains: "'Stay Here' is a big fat love song, it’s one of the first tunes we wrote together and he’s* been developing over the time we have been together and as we develop
our sound.
In the video we
have tried to show this with a simple plot using Sean Semmens and Connie
Campsie as a couple. This video has recently become a lot more important to us
and everyone involved in the making of it after the sad and unlikely loss of
Sean, a few weeks ago at the age of 22."
