Despite its bittersweet and blunt lyricism there's something very welcoming about Banfi's 'Happy When You Go'.
Familiarity can be found within in its warm melodies and catchy arrangements, but not to the degree where you would mistake this band for someone else. Banfi are a band with their own creative identity, who I look forward to hearing more from as they further integrate themselves into the alternative pop scene.
