Festival News: First Line Up Announcement For 2000 Trees Festival

After an amazing line-up last year, with so much variation in alternative indie and rock bands they presented, 2000 Trees are back this year. Having just released the news of their first headliner, and some killer bands that will be playing alongside them at the scenic venue of Upcote Farm in Cheltenham.

As it stands, 2000 Trees have announced just 8 bands that will be playing the festival, with another announcement to come next Wednesday. However, it’s already got people filled with excitement as they’ve booked At The Drive In as a UK exclusive. That means you won’t be able to see the long-standing American rock band anywhere else in the UK, so if you want to see them, this is your chance! Who knows when they’ll be back again!?

Alongside At The Drive In, you’ll be able to catch the ever-so-popular Creeper, who have risen in popularity this past year or so, touring with the likes of Moose Blood and Pierce The Veil. Other top picks include three-piece alternative rock band Arcane Roots, and American post-hardcore band Touché Amoré who will compliment the music of At The Drive In well, as well as Ipswich punk boys, Basement.

The line up brings Hell Is For Heroes too, who announced late last year that they’d be touring for the 15th Anniversary of their debut album ‘The Neon Handshake’ this year. And last but not least, you’ll also be able to catch Turbowolf and Gold Key.

The line-up already strikes many as one that isn’t to be missed, and sets high hopes for future announcements. Stay tuned.
