Video: Alex Lleo - 'Rising Water'

Having played a run of solo headline shows across the South West, Alex Lleo this week revealed the final track from his debut EP 'Park Studios, JQ' - that track is called 'Rising Water' and along with putting the track out there for everyone to hear, there is a wonderful video to go with it.

His music sits there comfortably like a warm soul, you can imagine them being sang around a fire or something similar. There is a timeless quality to them, they could of been written in any decade ranging from the 70s to the early 00s. There is a hint of Damien Rice to Joni Mitchell to Rod Stewart, when it comes to his style of music.

Alex Lleo is playing two headline shows in the next few weeks, in London and Birmingham, making his capital city debut at St Pancras Old Church, and we can't think of anything better for his music than for it to be played in a church.
