Top 5 Acts to see at Tramlines 2018
With Tramlines just around the corner, and with an amazing line up, how do you plan your weekend? With so much talent to choose from on every stage, it can be quite a challenge. Let us provide you with some help as with give you our top five acts to check out at this year’s Tramlines festival.
Lily Moore
This soulful wonder has been quietly causing quite the storm over the past twelve months. Having gone on tour with the likes of James Bay and George Ezra, plus a queue around the corner for her Great Escape appearance. This girl is certainly one to go see, there is an old charm to her voice to the point where it is timeless.
Black Honey
Black Honey have been on the scene for a while now, however the debut album is finally coming out this September! So will we see some new material at Tramlines to see what the album has in store for us? Even with the new material coming our way, Black Honey always put on an amazing live performance.
Spring King
Are you ready for a riot? Get yourself in the crowd for Spring King’s late Sunday afternoon slot. With a few tasters already out there from the new album, we are certainly in for a treat. Spring King live performances are known for their intensity, so buckle up your seat belts and get ready for a ride.
Mabel
Mabel might look out of place on the Tramlines line up, with its mostly being indie/rock acts, however she brings her unique blend of R’n’B to the festival. With a huge winter tour just announced, and a Brit nomination under her belt. Mabel is on route into making herself a household name.
Tom Grennan
The man of the hour! Tom Grennan has just dropped his debut album. ‘Lighting Matches’ and even before it dropped he is the man everyone is talking about. Every few years, an artist comes along and just throws everything out the window when it comes to their talent. Tommy G is that man, that one in a million.
