Slam Dunk’s line-up is starting to pad out nicely, with another host of names sprinkled on the already stacked lineup.

First, on Saturday, the Punk In Drublic announces a trio of truly tumultuous terrors, in Reel Big Fish, Face to Face and Vandals, who join the already announced NOFX and Pennywise. But, as if that wasn’t enough to get your musical tastebuds tingling, Slam Dunk today have a revealed a slew of additional names; most notably, a few more additions to the as-of-yet sparse heavy stage line-up. Refused, just having finished a co-headline tour with Thrice, have already set their sights back on our rainy shores once again, alongside the hardcore Canadians of Comeback Kid, hardcore/punk-rock band Deez Nuts, and the metalcore menace that is Fit For A King.

Elsewhere comes the glorious announcement of Young Guns, whose appearance is not only significant in and of itself, but also comes with the announcement that it heralds a set comprised of their now ten-year old debut album, All Our Kings Are Dead, as well as their original lineup for the first time in four years.

Rounding off this announcements comes post-hardcore, emotionally introspective band Movements, frantically fun Free Throw, the exciting eccentrics of ska rockers Bedouin Soundclash and Mom Jeans, who are currently finishing up a tour of the US supporting Hobo Johnson.

Sadly that’s that, this time around at least. But stay tuned for what’s sure to be a veritable treasure trove of talent to be announced soon for what’s shaping up to be a spectacular Slam Dunk once again!
