Following the release of her intimate new single "Nobody", we catch up with Berlin's Panteon to find out what a typical day in her life is like.

My Alarm goes off…
And I’m hitting the “snooze” button multiple times. It’s calculated according to my initial wake up time.

The first thing I do…
I get up and drink a glass of warm water and make myself some coffee, go back to bed and read for about 30-45 minutes. Lately I’ve been waking up before my alarm goes off. It wasn’t always like that but since the pandemic hit my life has been a bit more steady and I guess my body is getting used to waking up at the same time, not rushing from one show or city to the other. Or I’m getting old(er).
I do wake up earlier to be able to read. It's like my morning meditation and inspiration at the same time. If I have time after that I play a bit of guitar and work on some ideas.

My typical day involves…
Listening and working on some music, my ashtanga yoga practice which is a big part of my life and …phew - ordinary stuff I guess. Writing some emails and connecting with friends, talking to my plants, making a collage, dancing in my kitchen…

The best part of my day…
The morning. Always.

The worst part of my day is when…
I’ve had a craving for some delicious heavy food like pizza/pasta or so and know that I actually still wanna “continue” with the day after that but somehow it's hardly ever possible. Decisions.

At the end of my day I will…
Find myself on my balcony listening to something I’ve worked on during the day and reflecting on if it's any good or what could be done better (especially when I’m in the process of recording and producing my songs).

If I wasn’t a musician I’d be….
Traveling and taking photos of nature and animals. I don’t know what kind of job that is but it sure sounds good.
