Band To Check Out: Picture Palace - 'Night Trains' (Single)

For a band that only formed in early 2015, Picture Palace have already built quite the impressive back catalogue with two EPs, 'Mirage' and 'Kedai' under their belts and available to stream via their Soundcloud page.

New single 'Night Trains' keeps up with the standards expected of them. Vivid rhythmic guitar lines interweave a relentlessly feel good percussive groove, while commandeering drum beats add a tension, and really endearing vocals sees Picture Palace passionately combining the best of raw, intelligent, alternative rock and polished indie dance pop.
This is a track that gets your foot tapping and your blood pumping, yet oddly also ties your feelings up with a haunting type of emotion you just can't quite put your finger on.
