Single: Late Cambrian - 'Thanks For Your Time'

Late Cambrian release 'Thanks For Your Time', their third single from their forthcoming 2016 EP.
The last time we checked in with Late Cambrian they had just released, 'Yearbook Photo', a track that more than satisifed our electro-pop thirst, but we were still unprepared for the stratospheric heights they are capable of taking their listener to and new single 'Thanks For Your Time' is evidence of this.

Beginning with a distorted bass guitar loop that feels a bit like it has been possessed by 'Saturday Night Fever', Late Cambrian slowly adds synthesizers and live guitars as they go along reminding us of a musical mash up of Cut Copy, Friendly Fires and The Bee Gees, yet still claiming the title of wholly original.

On the track the duo explains, "The lyrics are about the NYC night life, and living a fantasy lifestyle, if only for a night."

'Thanks For Your Time' sees Late Cambrian combining electro house and indie pop ideas into a soaring soundscape that sees their listener flying high right beside them.
