Oh 2000trees you do spoil us.

The beautifully intimate 2000trees has given us our first taste of what we can expect from the festival in 2019 and it is fair to say it did not disappoint.

You Me At Six were named as the first headliners and the pop punk legends are sure to put on an absolutely killer show for Trees goers, most likely featuring tracks off their latest release VI and hopefully some classic tracks to take you back to the sunny days at the skatepark. Also announced for the 2019 was the mighty While She Sleeps. The metalcore band from Sheffield are one of the most entertaining bands to see live today combining aggressive songs with an anarchist’s level of energy. Exeter's punk rockers Muncie Girls join them for the weekend of fun at Upcote Farm. The band gained more traction in 2018 after their second album ‘Fixed Ideals’ and 2019 could well be the year of Muncie Girls, be sure not to miss them!

2000Trees legend Jamie Lenman returns to host ‘Lenmaina’ on the Axiom stage, featuring a special acoustic from the man himself to open the festival and then he closes 'Lenmaina’ himself by with an all out rock set. Estrons take to 2000 Trees as well, in what is sure to be a fan favourite as they bring the party with their unique twist on Alt-Rock. The boys from Phoxjaw head back for a second year in a row after debuting their track 'Lottery’ on BBC Radio 1’s Rock Show. There are many more brilliant acts announced as well, there is only one problem… deciding who to go see!

If you haven't been to 2000trees before, you are truly missing out. The festival is an ever growing family with the happiest and most welcoming community you will find at any festival. Located on the beautiful Upcote Farm with the goal to cater to everyone. You can find relaxing acoustic sets in the forest from your favourite bands (previous acts include Enter Shikari and Frank Carter and The Rattlesnakes.) Or you could go to the Axiom or Cave stages to find some of the best upcoming bands the UK has to offer, a personal favourite from us here at WTHB. 2000trees also takes care of massive headline acts as it's clear to see from this first announcement with You Me At Six. The festival will be the best experience of your summer and I implore you to get your tickets as soon as possible, you will not regret it.
