The Mysterines have released their new single ‘Who’s Ur Girl?’  Which is full of unparalleled Vitality & mean guitar licks.

The Liverpool trio have continued building some fantastic popularity since the release of their debut EP ‘Take Control’ which has even seen them support many acts including Royal Blood, Miles Kane & The Amazons. ‘Who’s Ur Girl?’ Is the first release since the EP & it’s very much more of the same creating some exquisite punk tunes with some big dirty riffs that lure you in.

‘Who’s Ur Girl?’ Is inspired greatly by David Lynch’s thriller ‘Blue Velvet’, the lyrics are focused on the viewers experience whilst watching the film & also from the perspective of character Dorothy Vallens. The song is very chilling & dark which fits the David Lynch style perfectly but it’s also Lia Metcalfe’s lead vocals that control the pace of the song perfectly keeping the listener fully engaged with the song. The song really shows the band have the taste for theatrics which are easily implemented into their songs & more importantly fit their style. 

’Who’s Ur Girl?’ Is a compelling song which will definitely keep your curiosity on full alert, This is a really intriguing time for The Mysterines one which will leave everyone truly gripped.
