King Nun - 'Low Flying Dandelion'
King Nun have continued to build excitement around their highly anticipated debut album with the latest single ‘Low Flying Dandelion’.
The four-piece have been on the grind for a number of years now and the Dirty Hit outfit are finally ready for the release of their long-awaited LP ‘MASS’. This band has built quite the reputation on the live circuit, with a number of dates announced for this autumn with the quartet travelling across the UK and Europe in support of The Struts.
It is clear that King Nun are going for a more sonically dark sound on this LP, with this latest cut following a very similar tone to the first single ‘Black Tree’. King Nun draws inspiration from a number of sources, but it is an explosive bassline that pulsates under their signature early twenties angst. This track is completely unpredictable throughout its 3:41 run time, pulling you here and there and this is a tack that is distinctly King Nun.
‘Low Flying Dandelion’ is available now on all major streaming platforms and King Nun will play at Rough Trade East, London on October 9th.
