Hannah Jane Lewis – 'Love Letters'
After the success of her previous single ‘Lemonade’, Surrey-born singer songwriter Hannah Jane Lewis returns with another catchy pop anthem in form of ‘Love Letters’.
With beat infused rhythms and a melody that sweeps you right off your feet, ‘Love Letters’ calls out every boy that didn’t love you right and speaks from the heart of every best friend – “Loving you is easy; I would know, believe me. […] You deserve love like in the movies.”
Hannah’s stunning vocals remind of Ariana Grande in their clarity and range, speaking of her unbound potential. She undoubtedly has a lot to offer to the current pop-scene.
Talking about the song, Hannah explains: “Love Letters was sparked by a meme I saw from the notebook that said: ‘if Noah can write Ali a letter every day for a year, then he can text you back’. I’ve had so many friends who have cried on my shoulder about a boy or a girl who makes them feel hard to love - my younger self included! One that you make excuses for, one that makes someone question their self-worth. So, this song is with that in mind, written for a friend, reminding us all that we deserve THE MOST - for it to be just like the movies.”
