Sea Offs shares a dreamy dose of folk-rock on ‘Somehow’ taken from their current EP, ‘En Root’.

Oilvia Price and Rashmit Arora (Sea Offs) pair melancholia with the slightest glimmers of hope on charming single, ‘Somehow’. Price’s vocal originally presents itself full of brooding and vulnerability in a way that fans of Daughter’s Elena Tonra will appreciate. But as the track develops, it becomes lighter alongside lullaby-esque arrangements that chimes and rotates with a jumbled sense of loveliness.

’Somehow’ retains some melodic familiarity, but is also a track open to sonic exploration, rolling out delightfully quirky textures to throw its listener off from any preconceptions they may have. ‘Somehow’ is one of five songs that features on Sea Offs current alternative folk EP, ‘En Root’ which is succesfull in capturing the beauty and excitement of contemporary folk rooted music.
