The Covasettes - 'Be Mine'

The hotly-tipped The Covasettes are continuing to build their reputation as one of Manchester’s most ferocious rock bands with their new single ‘Be Mine’. 

This northern four-piece have slowly but surely increased their reach as one of the best young indie-rock bands around, 2020 was shaping up to be their chance to break through the glass ceiling in some fashion making the Glastonbury Emerging Talent Competition longlist. 

‘Be Mine’ really sets the tone for everything that The Covasettes are about, four solid minutes of infectious choruses and pulsating beats and melodies that has a relentless energy that can’t be easily channelled. 

Fans of this quartet will be well aware of ‘Be Mine’ as it’s been in their live show for some time and the band admit that it’s one of their “favourite tracks ever” as it gives them a more “gritty sound” than previous releases. ‘Be Mine’ is another solid showing from this quickly rising four-piece and does set The Covasettes up for success in the last half of 2020.
