Working Mens Club - 'Valleys'

Working Men’s Club continue to build excitement towards their self-titled debut album with their funkiest and most honest release to date with the new single ‘Valleys’.

Coming from the humble market town of Todmorden in West Yorkshire and named after their local community venue, the last year has been a whirlwind with the band going through more than any other band would in a lifetime in that time. Two founding members have come and gone and replaced with three new members whilst being taken under the wing of Fat White Family which has proven a success thus far.

‘Valleys’ is the latest cut from their long-awaited debut LP, now pushed back to October and it captures the history of Working Men’s Club up to this point with the ten tracks stemming back from their days inside the four walls of the wood-panelled centre.

The band have really opened themselves up on their new single with their “most honest” release to date, channelling the feeling of “growing up in a small town” and longing to “escape”. ‘Valleys’ is the definitive track of Working Men’s Club’s debut album and really sets the band up to be one of the most promising acts of 2020.

‘Valleys’ is available now on all major streaming platforms and Working Men’s Club’s self-titled debut album will be released October 2nd.
