grandson - 'Dirty'
Canadian-American musician, grandson, announces debut album Death of an Optimism and releases catchy new single ‘Dirty’.
‘Dirty’ blends aspects of hip hop, rock and electronic music to create an electric song that pulsates with a speeding heartbeat.
“Do you have enough love in your heart to go and get your hands dirty?” sings grandson, capturing the essence of the track.
The upbeat, energetic song is a social observation that encourages the listener to take control and do something about the things that need to change, all the things that have us feeling fed up.
Grandson’s debut album Death of an Optimist will be released on December 4th via Fueled by Ramen. On the upcoming record grandson says: “it is both an origin story and an obituary navigating hope, anxiety and the state of optimism in 2020.”
