Single Review: Natalie Evans - 'In Trees'

Now here is a songwriter that continues to to plant a huge smile on our faces.

London based Natalie Evans has wowed us with her harp playing abilities since we discovered her at MooseFest around two years ago, she has the power to take you on a journey with her song writing which is just beyond delightful. She has come a long way since his early releases from her EP 'Houses', which oozed that perfect Nick Drake folk vibe we now love about her.

New single 'In Trees' sees her moving on, taking her song writing to the next level by adding more layers to her sound. This is the first time we see her use a drum beat in her music, creating a much bigger sound but all the while holding that simple innocence that we have grown to adore about her.

Hopefully this is a sign of the path that Natalie Evans is taking now with future releases, and hopefully we will see an EP or even an album on its way into our ears in the coming months.
