Gengahr - 'Atlas Please'

‘Atlas Please’ is a standalone single from Gengahr, which is the perfect combination of polished indie rock with a sprinkling of catchy pop melodies. A funky bass line is rounded off by a hint of psychedelia which comes from a tinny keyboard melody that is constantly tinkering away in the background – you can definitely feel the influence from producer Jack Steadman, who is the frontman of Bombay Bicycle Club.

Vocalist and guitarist, Felix Bushe says; ‘Atlas Please is us considering that our lasting memories are the ones shared in good company – although, at times it can feel as though the weight of the world is resting on your shoulders. Talking to friends and considering our own personal experiences, we’re mindful that we often find it easier to suffer in silence than to open up.”
