MULIMBA - 'DAMN!'

Ash Mulimba is a charismatic, soulful character who you may know as being part of the intense indie band HAUS. After taking a step-back from the group to focus on becoming more aligned with his inner self, MULIMBA came to light.

 Produced by his former bandmate HYLTON, Ash’s debut solo single retains all of the energy that you would’ve found in his performances with a full band behind him, but there is more of a foray into that sleek, soul-pop that suits his gritty and distinct intonation. The song itself is all about reflection – from numerous different angles. No matter the subject ‘DAMN’ focuses on the positivity of stepping back and understanding what that situation has done to you as a person. Speaking of the track Ash says: “The point is, no matter how good or bad the past time, you should always remember it because it’s the one of many that have shaped you into who you are today”
