Vistas - 'Sucker'
Vistas demonstrate the lengths people will go for love with their brand new single ‘Sucker’.
This Scottish trio have long been touted as the next biggest prospect to come from north of the border, they’ve certified that over the last year or so with Vistas selling out venues across the country while keeping fans satisfied with the release of their debut EP ‘Hello’.
Vistas are set to take it up a gear this year with ‘Sucker’ being the second single taken from Vistas’ long-awaited debut album which is set to be released at the end of the year. That, along with a support slot alongside Circa Waves at the iconic Brixton Academy, the sky’s the limit.
Prentice Robertson, Dylan Rush and Jamie Law have done brilliantly to grind out their own signature sound over the last few years, but ‘Sucker’ peppers some nostalgic rock and roll while keeping the core which makes every Vista song so catchy.
Youthfulness is a recurring theme throughout this trio’s music, and from ‘Sucker’ I get the sense of naivety that might come with a first love. Prentice speaks about ‘Sucker’ being “head over heels in love” and things people do to maintain that, something everyone feels from time-to-time which makes it their most heartfelt release to date.
‘Sucker’, the second single from Vistas’ debut album is available now on all major streaming platforms.
