Talk More are finishing out a turbulent year with the biggest of bangs with their new single ‘King Street’.
This young four-piece from York have captured the very rare talent of mastering their craft so early in their career, brilliantly laying down their claim in 2019 and into this year as one of the most exciting new indie bands with the singles ‘Vaara’ and ‘Sadsadsad’.
They are rounding out the year with some style, with ‘King Street’ really knocking you off your axis with its fuzzy guitar and piercing vocals to make it a track that you will find difficult to switch off.
Below that, we find a track that focuses on someone who is “trapped in a cycle” of going back to someone knowing full well that they aren’t “right for you”. ‘King Street’ perfectly captures every essence of what makes up Talk More and is truly a highlight of 2020 and perfectly sets them up for what we can expect to be a breakout year for the quartet.
