A Day In The Life Of #13 - The Aberdeen
After running riot with a string of impressive and memorable live shows throughout their hometown of New York these last few months, The Aberdeen now set their sights on the world at large as they deliver their debut single ‘Aurelia’. Taking cues from fellow indie-rockers like The Strokes and The Walkmen, the band’s energetic and exciting initial offering is just the kind of explosive material we need in our lives right now.
So with the group about to blow up on the international stage, we caught up with them to find out what goes into the average day of The Aberdeen.
My Alarm goes off...
I look to sky and ask for peace among fellows
At 7am. The first thing I do…
I search my surroundings for treasure and think of cool new ideas
My typical day involves…
Making excuses for my good behaviour
The best part of my day…
The slowing chug-chug of train of thought pulling into the station
The worst part of my day is when…
I feel like a self-driving car
At the end of my day I will…
Suddenly realise I need to get my sh*t together, then forget by next morning
If I wasn't a musician I'd be a…
Dancer
