LA’s Cuffed Up deliver high voltage rock n’ roll on post-punk anthem, ‘Danger, Danger’.

To coincide with the release of their self-titled EP, Cuffed Up have unveiled their latest single ‘Danger, Danger’. Inspired by the current political climate across the world and technology tearing people apart rather than bringing us closer together, ‘Danger, Danger’ is a song that is tackling issues that are happening right now and couldn’t be any more relevant if Cuffed UP tried. The band offer some positives on a negative subject, as singer Ralph Torrefranca says that “none of us realize that our differences are our real strengths”.

And this is what music is brilliant at doing – bringing people together. And Cuffed Up are a perfect example of a band able to do it. Although having been compared to bands such as Sonic Youth and Pixies, ‘Danger, Danger’ sounds very bluesy-come-garage punk. The riff sounds similar to ‘Train Kept a-Rolling’. And if that doesn’t get you going, then the big singalong chorus will get your blood pumping.
