George Pelham – 'Be Myself'

With an upbeat groove and rhythmic guitars, ‘Be Myself’ scores high on the positivity scale. Fun-filled verses lead into a big, soaring chorus that showcases George’s soulful vocals and acts as a rule to live by – “I don’t know why I try to be someone else ‘cause it’s fine to be myself.”

Talking about the track, George reveals: “I wrote Be Myself at a time when I was really discovering the kind of artist I wanted to be. I'd spent several years before that making music in the hope that other people would like it, rather than just doing it for myself.
