Global female collective Her Songs have made it their mission to shine a light on female producers and artists and celebrate female collaboration. With new single ‘Lost A Little’, they announce their second EP ‘Toronto Vol. 2’ and spread good vibes all around.
Her Songs seamlessly combine the genres and talents of its collaborators, the result is soulful R&B tinged pop gem ‘Lost A Little’. Hopeful and uplifting, an arrangement of smooth beats and gentle rhythms sways softly like willows in a warm summer breeze while layered vocals and harmonies give the track a beautifully enticing quality.
Talking about the recording process, Francesca (aka The Naked Eye) explains: “‘Lost A Little’ was the 1st song written on day 1 of the Toronto week. Exploring themes of creativity and travel, the lyrics describe how we meet once a year, in a new city to create with new eyes and fresh perspectives.”
