Rising pop duo Hunger Moon – a project combining the talents of vocalist Natalie Jenkins and multi-instrumentalist James Attwood - share enchanting new single ‘Promises’.
‘Promises’ lives somewhere between soft melancholy and quiet acceptance. Through it all it’s incredibly gentle. Light strokes of melodic guitars build the perfect setting for Hunger Moon’s beautifully intertwining vocals that dance with each other, never breaking eye contact, until Natalie breaks away into a soaring state of pure emotion.
Talking about the song, James explains: “’Promises’ is such a beautiful track – it’s funny to think that despite its calm nature, it lyrically addresses and comes from a place of frustration.”
