The Manatees - 'Have It All'

The Manatees are bringing a much-needed dose of energy to our currently gloomy world with the explosive new single ‘Have It All’.

The buzz surrounding these lads from Southampton has been growing over the last 12 months, with their partnership with former Spring King frontman Trek Musa proving to be fruitful and garnering them attention on a national level as one of the UK’s brightest guitar bands.

This three-piece have already had quite the 2020 with the singles ‘Guilty Pleasure’ and ‘Tongue Tied’ proving to be a rousing success and the hope will be that following the release of ‘Have It All’ they can embark on their biggest tour to date this Autumn as well as a prestigious support slot alongside Neon Waltz at London’s Omeara.

‘Have It All’ does represent a new direction for the trio in terms of their song writing with this band never being more direct or assured in their lyrics. The band twists and turns between new-wave rock and dark sensibility with a Strokes-inspired single riff for good measure to tell the tale of being “infatuated” with a person.

The lockdown period has allowed this new direction to blossom to a great effect to make the band’s best material to date and shows a new avenue for what can be expected to long and bright future for The Manatees.

‘Have It All’ the new single from The Manatees is available now on all major streaming platforms.
