Callum Pitt - 'Fault Lines'

The new North East song master Callum Pitt is back and taking aim at the higher ups with the infectious new single, ‘Fault Lines’.

This Northern lad had the world at his feet in 2019, with a debut EP and headline tour along with numerous festival appearances really making it one that would be hard to beat. 2020 is running it close despite the pandemic, seeing Callum Pitt release the beautiful ‘Out of the Trees’ and now ‘Fault Lines’, the second of three proposed single for this year.

It’s easy to see why Pitt has begun to build such a large following with his incredibly infectious indie-folk sound which leads the listener along with his finger-picked riffs which really capture the imagination every time. Pitt is becoming renowned for his raw, hyper-realistic lyrics and ‘Fault Lines’ strikes yet another chord as he tackles the polarization of the country.

Pitt aims directly at the British Government and the right-wing press for their spread of hatred and division to the masses and splitting the public right down the middle and the importance of meeting such ignorance with education and conversation. Only an artist of Pitt’s talent could combine such a serious topic with a sound that you can’t turn off, making ‘Fault Lines’ one of his best releases so far.

‘Fault Lines’, the new single from Callum Pitt is available now on all major streaming platforms.
