Rising indie pop artist Haiva Ru shares stunning new single ‘Swim’.
Gentle verses lead into a dynamic chorus as tender guitar lines wrap around celestial vocals to create the intricately melodic soundscape of ‘Swim’. “It’s a song about falling in love at a club - the idea of connecting with a stranger immediately,” Haiva Ru explains. “But it’s also about past loves, that déjà vu sensation, and that feeling of incidental attraction, but with somebody you already know.”
A debut for the gods, ‘Swim’ marks a new beginning for Haiva and is, no doubt, the start of something great.
