Set to be released alongside ‘Hometown Blues’, ‘Feed Me’ is a ballsy rock n’ roller with plenty of grit. Slim Tin Fox hark back to that 60s/70s garage rock sound that is both timeless and influential and make their own stomper of a tune out of it. With fuzzy guitars, bluesy hard rock riffs and a ‘woman tone’ solo; accompanied by a big chorus and classic rock vocals, there’s nothing a hard rock guitar fan wouldn’t like here. But even the biggest pop fan can’t deny enjoying Slim Tin Fox’s brilliant energy and catchy hooks. ‘Feed Me’ is like the best of The Old Grey Whistle Test (ask your dad) rolled into one.
