The New Coast - 'Cool Off'
The New Coast are continuing to establish themselves as one of the powerful duos in music today with their cinematic new single ‘Cool Off’.
This Kent duo certainly have the talent to produce something truly atmospheric, but also accessible enough to help them rack up millions of streams and attention from the BBC. The two-piece are known for liking a challenge, they’re doing just that as they continue to work on their biggest release to date with the ‘Valentino Red’ EP expected at the end of the year.
‘Cool Off’ is the latest cut from the project and once again it really allows The New Coast to flex their production muscles as it represents the very best of what the two-piece stands for. ‘Cool Off is certainly coming straight from the heart, combining the ingredients of catchy song-writing, a pulsating bassline and a chorus which you’ll find singing along to long after.
‘Cool Off’ looks at people’s “content with disconnection” despite humans being more connected than ever and the “throwaway culture” that we now live in. ‘Cool Off’ is another classic from the rising duo and certainly solidifies them as one of the country’s brightest and freshest artists.
