Aislinn Logan is gearing up for the debut EP in the right way with her new unapologetic pop anthem ‘What Everybody’s after’.
Presiding from Belfast, this solo artist is tackling the big smokes of London as she looks to write glimmering pop tunes that looks to tackle societal issues. It has certainly proven to be fruitful thus far, with 2019 being a breakout year for Logan with earwigs such as ‘Joyride’ and ‘Everything In Between’.
Those pearls are beginning to build the base of Logan’s debut EP ‘Look I’m Flyin’, ‘What Everybody’s After’ is the latest cut from that as she continues to explore numerous genres with her self-produced and self-recorded love-bop which is perfect for the Summer months ahead.
Though Logan’s upcoming EP confronts subjects the likes of loss and self-doubt, ‘What Everybody’s After’ is the glimmering light and an ode to happiness, but Logan sees being this forthright about “being in love” as a rebellion in itself as she shows no apologies in the “sincerity” of her feelings.
‘What Everybody’s After’ really does make you long for the nostalgia of the present that you find yourself in and really does owe that the talent Aislinn Logan possesses and the possibilities that lay out in front of her.
