Foxes continues to step back into the spotlight and pay tribute to her family with her new single ‘Woman’.

Louisa Rose Allen has already had quite the career, being thrusted into the limelight aged 19 with two critically acclaimed albums under her belt as well as a Grammy for her uber popular collaboration with Zedd.

Allen took a step back from the limelight in 2017, taking time to focus on herself and after three years, Allen and Foxes returned to the spotlight with ‘Love Not Loving You’ at the beginning of the year. It’s clear to see that Allen has used these three years to grow and experience the world and it shows in the powerful ‘Woman’.

Part paying tribute to Allen’s close-knit family and the strong female figures around her, ‘Woman’ is bold in empowerment and women reclaiming control and standing up for the unacceptable. Layered behind this powerful message lays a classic Foxes pop track, ‘Woman’ proves that Allen never lost her talent while she was away, if anything she’s enhanced herself and her music with new experiences and maturity that makes for pop with a message that needs to be heard in today’s society.
