CATBEAR - 'In The Night' — When The Horn Blows

UK based duo CATBEAR fill our dreams with late night indie synths with latest single ‘In The Night’.

Ticking boxes to the likes of Oh Wonder and Christine and the Queens, they create they own take on electronic fueled dream pop. With floating synths and a pulsating bass line throughout, the track hypnotizes you into a state of bliss.

Zoe: “This song is about those times I’m lying in bed, can’t sleep and all I think about are the memories that are best staying lost - obsessing over what might happen, anxiously visualising how things could turn out as the late night hours tick past. Insomnia sucks!”

CATBEAR is Zoe (she/her) and Sarah (she/her), two best buds who like hanging out making nostalgic electronic alt pop music, and proud to be part of a current tide of female producers, stomping on the statistic of “2% of music producers are female”.

“Having experienced challenging recording studio experiences in our early days, it is important to us to show our capabilities as independent music makers. We make and release our music on our terms, and we make sure we enjoy it and create a safe, fun space for those who come along for the ride”.
