SANNIA - 'Sad Rich Girls'

Emerging Melbourne artist SANNIA throws punches with latest single ‘Sad Rich Girls’. 

A cheeky pop number that is pure catfight energy - but with clean commercially chart appealing melodies to give it that extra lift. While it’s tongue in cheek style - the track is a pure honest statement, about that one girl we all know who instead of lifting other women up will drag them down to get to the top. So while upfront it’s a diss track that doesn’t hold back, it also show’s SANNIA’s capabilities to assess the adult work around here. 

I started by pulling some samples from early 2000s Paparazzi and fan-filmed celebrity interactions and stitched together the intro and ending of my homemade demo. I really wanted to capture that Paris Hilton-era of reality TV" - SANNIA

SANNIA puts out a strong message here and it’s sure for a KO win for her future.
