Emanuela - 'Swallow Me'
Aspiring electric powerhouse Emanuela brings us classy yet upbeat sounds to her latest track ‘Swallow Me’.
The single is set to feature on her upcoming album which is due for release later this year. The singer has already released two singles from the record which have gone down well with fans and in the charts. Emanuela has always been committed to her music as from a child it is something she loves dearly. She went onto studying classical music and jazz, but later decided she wanted to write and perform pop songs that add spices of electronic beats.
Her music is distinct and very out there however, it makes her unique and allows her to create catchy songs that will capture attention. Emanuela debuted in 2019 with her first single ‘Final Fantasy’ which gave her the opportunity to discover her sound and be experimental with any future music she plans to make.
‘Swallow Me’ is full of hyper-pop as it combines sweet, slow and mellow harmonies with lively yet bold tempos that remind me of what happens after consuming too much sugar, it makes you feel good and gives you a rush at first but then you burst with energy making you go crazy and feeling as high as a kite. The song is full of life and oozes with passion and emotion which makes this song both brilliant and effortless.
The track itself immediately stands out as it is fresh and original. Emanuela continues to test out new instrumentals that are futuristic sounding to make her music indulging and interesting. This hit thrives positivity and is a mood lifter for sure as it is both funky, joyful and wild which helps get the party started in order to tempt people to dance and be happy. ‘Swallow Me’ also has a hint of sass and playfulness as the words are fun, witty and brash.
The aim of this flavoursome imaginative tune is to have no regrets, let loose and living in the moment whilst having a blast. Emanuela gives us deep honest words that connect well with her sharp, quirky and excitable vocals that are remarkably infectious and sounds amazing, her vocals also give off sparks of creativity with the urge of being spontaneous and free spirited. ‘Swallow Me’ fills us up with hope, warmth and laughter through rich textures and loud tones.
‘Swallow Me’ was an attempt to create a love song that was the opposite of soft and cute, more like aggressive, sensual and dominant which helps emphasise the desires and hunger for lust and romance. The song is all about having a relationship that is casual but not too serious where you are free to do whatever and just go with the flow whilst staying open-minded to keep your man on his toes in order for the fire in your souls to stay alive.
