Festival News: Arctangent Festival announces first round of bands for ten-year anniversary in 2024
Arctangent - the independent, Bristol-based, four-day festival that prides itself in celebrating emerging acts - has announced the first load of bands for the 2024 line-up, set to take place between the 14th and 17th August.
Wednesday’s headliners, Belfast four-piece ‘And So I Watch You From Afar’, are to play a special fan-voted set, ten years on from playing the very first Arctangent. The set will be decided by 4-Day Ticket holders; more details on how this will work is to follow.
The festival line-up also boasts a farewell show from experimental-instrumental kings ‘Three Trapped Tigers’, as well as several UK festival exclusives from the likes of the US’ ‘Red Fang’, and Dutch progressive metal band ‘Textures’.
“As it’s the 10-year anniversary, we’re hell bent on making this year even more special than usual,” notes Arctangent booker James Scarlett.
“We’re honoured to have two once-in-a-lifetime sets from And So I Watch You From Afar and Three Trapped Tigers. It’s going to be biblical."
