EP Review: KYTES - 'Frisbee'

Bavarian band Kytes are bound to make waves. — Chilled out and mellow ones, perhaps, but waves nonetheless with new EP "Frisbee".

Spreading feel good factors and general positivity over the five-song strong EP, all are easy to listen to, infectious and genuinely happy. Opening with "Remedy", a track built perfectly for the purpose of dancing, it’s hard not to get caught up in the track. It seems to call to listeners, drawing you in and forcing you to feel the track reverberating through your bones.

As someone who refuses to dance, I’ll go on record and say I’d make an exception for any of these songs. Ultimately, this EP makes you feel good and offers a distraction from everything heavy going on in the world and for that, it should be celebrated.
