Big Spring – ‘Reset’
Big Spring have returned making quite some noise with their homage to early 90’s grunge rock with the new single ‘Reset’.
Based in Brighton, this band has already been championed by heavyweights of the genre including Metallica’s Lars Ulrich, with Ollie Loring’s thunderous vocals and monstrous riffs combining to produce a truly storming track.
The only way has been up for this quartet since their debut ‘Buzzards Leave The Bone’, which has seen them appear on the likes of Radio 1, supported You Me At Six on their latest European tour and has even earnt them a residency at Camden’s The Black Heart in September.
‘Reset’ does what it says on the tin, with the band growing increasingly frustrated at being “trapped” in a world that’s “destroying itself” and where the conversation is led by “money and power”.
Their frustration has been to the benefit of “reset”, with the heavy guitar sound piercing the consciousness of society and is truly a breath of fresh air and we will hope that this will keep Big Spring on the forward trajectory they find themselves on.
‘Reset’ is available on all major streaming platforms and Big Spring will begin their residency at the Black Heart in September.
