Talitha Ferri – 'Matchbox'

Danish/American indie folk singer-songwriter has released new single ‘Matchbox’, the thematic centrepiece of her debut album ‘Get Well Soon’ laying bare the driving force behind the deeply personal record. 

‘Matchbox’ is at home in a stripped back atmosphere leaving the spotlight to Talitha’s angelic vocals and introspective lyricism. Graceful and tender, her soft voice soothes the pains of her troubled past, fearlessly confronting her most vulnerable moments with impressive honesty: “When I was 19, I learned just what it meant, to suffer an ache at another man’s hand. And I carry that night like a hole in my head. Easy to live with but hard to forget.”
