FUR don’t wanna ‘Grow Up’ on their latest single.

Following their 2019 breakthrough, FUR are back with ‘Grow Up’. It’s their first single of 2020 and is actually one of their oldest in their repertoire. ‘Grow Up’, is about “not wanting to grow up and the worries of not enjoying later adult life”. So, it’s quite appropriate they’ve sat on this one for a while.

And it has paid off. There’s still that distinctive and soulful Bob Dylan twang in the vocals that flows beautifully atop what is a 60s pop hit. Not only is ‘Grow Up’ is a great song, FUR enlisted The Coral’s James Skelly to produced, who has also sat behind the desk for Blossoms. This is a promising start for FUR as they gear up for a UK tour next year and future releases.
