Video Premiere: PLANET - 'Need More'
One of Sydney’s finest indie exports - PLANET have returned to the scene with their latest single ‘Need More’. A guitar driven track with lush electronics and strong percussion to give it that cool-indie-rock flow. Lead vocalist and frontman Matty Took delivers another emotive performance, lyrically exploring the need for someone to fill the space in life meant for someone special.
"‘Need More’ had been in the vault for a few years as a folky ballad with pretty much with only the pre-chorus done. We revamped it this year with a fat beat and big fuzzy guitars. The verse and chorus came together pretty quickly after that. We wanted this track to have a clip that emulated our live shows with a major focus on lighting. Paul Liddle and Jeremy Hancock from HOWL took our simple idea and helped to bring it to life.” - explains the band.
We are delighted to be able to give you an exclusive look at the visuals for the track.
