Rising neo-soul artist Ruti dazzles with dreamy new EP ‘All at Once’.

Impressively smooth and intrinsically sunny, ‘All At Once’ is the sonic equivalent of a daydream. Floating on the warm breeze of laid-back rhythms, the four-track EP lives in a world of its own. Relaxed beats are joined by an immersive production as Ruti skates seamlessly from track to track. “Each track on the EP has a season in mind. They sound like what I think each season sounds like,” she reveals. “There are a couple of news tracks as well that I’m really excited for people to hear.”

What ties it all together and gives the record its well-rounded feel, are Ruti’s deliciously soulful vocals. Rich and inviting they move through the changing seasons and leave behind a trace of comfort. Whether she’s dancing with groovy basslines or wrapping herself into moody synths, Ruti’s songwriting remains bright and hopeful. Closing track ‘Closer to You’ takes the EP full-circle, fading out the stunning record with grace and a tinge of romance –“How would it feel to be closer to you”

With its effortless beauty and subtle elegance, ‘All At Once’ paints a captivating picture of Ruti’s infectious take on sound. Balancing the good with the bad, the light with the dark, she is not only a summer essential but a fresh new voice that should be on everyone’s radar.
