Claire Rosinkranz – ‘i’m too pretty for this’

Claire Rosinkranz releases pop-infused cut ‘i’m too pretty for this’.
From garnering overnight fame on TikTok after ‘Backyard Boy’ reached viral status, Claire Rosinkranz is on an unstoppable upwards trajectory that culminates at her latest cut ‘i’m too pretty for this’. This newest feat follows on from this year’s releases of the catchy ‘i h8 that i still feel bad for u’ and ‘stuck on us’, which featured vocals from DIY artist Aidan Bissett.
‘‘i’m too pretty for this’ screams a gen-z alternative pop atmosphere while upholding a sentimental ‘90s groove through Rosinkranz’s delectable harmonies and punchy guitar lines. Teeming with an undeniable infectious energy, the emotion-fuelled single comes complete with a message similar in vein to earlier release ‘Frankenstein’.
The shimmering pop-infused number details the faltering of a relationship and the realisation that she deserves better, as the lyrics divulge “Why do your promises never stick? / And why are your words always full of shit? / I’m too pretty for this…”.
On the track the Southern-Californian comments: “Sometimes you need to say “I’m too pretty for this” and just move on…”. Utterly empowering and highlighting the importance of realising your self-worth post-breakup, Rosinkranz offers a beacon of hope for love-sick teens around the world.
With two stunning EPs under her belt, hopefully there’s a debut album on the horizon.
